Holiday Inn Express Belfast City Queens Quarter is an excellent place for families. Unlike other hotels which only allow up to 2 guests, this hotel provided a sofa-bed to accommodate our 14-year old daughter. And it was nice that breakfast and wi-fi were included. The hotel is conveniently-located near the city center and provides a free phone to call for... More

We had a great time in Belfast. The hotel was great clean and basic. The staff were fantastic. I lost my wallet and they did everything they could to assist me and it was found. The were lovely to the children and responded to all our requests in a kind and efficient manner. We will definitely stay there again.

This is the third stay at this hotel. Its in the middle of the city, has free and available parking and does the job perfectly. Check in was very quick, polite and without incident. Room was clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi is a bonus. This seems to be catching quite quickly in hotels. I think this is now as essential... More

This hotel is convenient for Belfast City Centre and the many attractions that Belfast has to offer, although they may require a short taxi ride rather than walking. The hotel is on a quiet street so a peaceful night's sleep should be possible. Staff are friendly and courteous but meals are the basic but tasty fare that is typical of... More

Stayed here on the Saturday of a Bank Holiday. Was delighted with the price of the stay. The hotel is clean and modern. Staff were friendly. There is free, secure parking at the hotel. In a good location for sight seeing, between Queens University and down town. Hot breakfast was pretty rotten looking (its a buffet, and we were quite... More

Im just back from staying in this hotel with friends and it was excellent. The location was great, a short walk into the city centre and situated in a nice student area, with nice restaurants and bars close by, the mexican Boojum nearby was amazing! The bed was really comfy, and the room was clean and spacious. All staff were... More

Booked a room for 3… easy check in, secure parking, pleasant friendly staff, especially a maid who came in to make up the sofa bed, breakfast perfectly adequate, with lovely croissants. A very comfortable, hassle free night with late check out on Saturday (12 midday). Having stayed here once before, I certainly will consider it again if we need a... More

Rooms were spacious and clean and reasonably priced. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast was busy and there were not enough glasses available for orange juice so ended up using a cup. Breakfast was tasty and otherwise good. I noticed that a staff member working in the breakfast restaurant was constantly chewing gum which looked very unprofessional. I would stay here... More

Although the hotel was a reasonable price to others its location was not very appealing. The decor of the room way lovely if it was clean but it had VAST amounts of stains. Hairs in bathroom. Flag poll outside bedroom window was noisy and had to have curtains closed at all times because it was very irratating. Would rather pay... More

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 4 nights in April 2013. We were basically swayed by the extremely reasonable advance rate we got of just over £50 a night. As others have said the value is excellent, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is very good with lots of selection and wifi and parking are included. I have... More
