does what it says on the box, £36 clean, quiet, convenient for the waterfront. Polite staff reasonable room cant ask for much more for the price pretty good value. Breakfast £7.50 and could have been a bit more imaginative but really all in all you cant knock it. More

Stayed here for 2 nights with a colleague. We had a twin room. Room was nice enough, clean, comfortable, nice powerful shower and everything looked quite new still.
