The thing that spoils this hotel is the communal area, that is designed more like an airport departure lounge than a hotel. The bar/reception area has large chairs, but not a comfortable kind of large - you end up sitting too far away from your companions. The dining area is separated from the bar area by a low half wall.... More

Only stayed one night as my daughter had an interview the following day. We have not stayed with IBIS before but were really impressed with the Hotal and the service and would definitely book again. Well done IBIS!!

Good value for money, clean, conveniently located. The only thing that has spoiled my stay was the birthday party going on in the room opposite to mine. But that was just me being unlucky so I will definitely come back to this hotel.

I was given a price of £41 for the night but had to pay £50+ on arrival apparently the reception made an error when I called. Having asked for a quiet room I was given a room facing the duel carriageway not quiet by any means .

The hotel was basic and a little bit too far out of town, but what it lacked on frills and location was made up for with the attitude and helpfulness of the staff together with a superb breakfast. If you want cheap and cheerful this will do for you, and the local taxis are cheap enough.

Clean, airy, modern room with comfortable bed. Although our room faced the busy A483 dual carriageway, noise was not a problem. The breakfast buffet, conveniently served from 6.30am (cold early bird breakfast from 4am), although not outstanding, was very good by budget hotel standards - reasonable variety, hot foods were still hot, staff friendly and attentive. Location perhaps not ideal... More

We were in Swansea for the football so stayed here on a Saturday night. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and were able to check-in early at 11am. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was simply furnished in 'funky' Ibis style, really clean and functional. Comfortable beds and we even had a sea view (albeit with... More

Our room was well presented, clean with the usual facilities. Beds were comfy. Staff friendly. We wanted a low cost stay and it was more than we'd hoped. Definitely recommend. We were on the main road side so there was some traffic noise when the window was open, but not bad enough to disturb our beauty sleep.

I stayed in this hotel for one night whilst on route to another destination. The hotel was good value for money. The location is close to the city center, and easy to find from the motorway. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. All in all, a great budget hotel.
