Have stayed here many times. Usually our stay is linked with concert tickets. My favourite hotel in Cardiff. A small step out of the center. I've stayed here many times on business and can rely on it for a good stay. Rooms are good size, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is efficient and tasty but I usually walk into Cardiff centre (10mins) for evening meals as the hotel meals are expensive for average food. Location is very good with minimal noise issues but car parking spaces can be limited and it does get full. Check in was good pointing out where breakfast is served and where the lifts were as we were on the 4th floor. The lifts view out to the road and the skyline so watch out if you do not like... More

“Great location and excellent value”

My partner and I have stayed here a couple of times for short breaks as we like to make use of the pool facilities. Our most recent trip was for one night en route to Pembrokeshire. Friendly staff, good room, very convenient for both the City Centre and the Bay and excellent value for money. Would fully recommend.

Booked this hotel as my wife and I wanted a night away from the kids! What a brilliant hotel! Full use of the pool / sauna / steam room, lovely bar, close to The Wharf pub and the bay! Staff were fab, breakfast was ok, some items had been left too long on the buffet and were a bit hard.... More

“Friendly, efficient, comfortable”

A very comfy, well appointed hotel in the heart of Cardiff. Friendly and helpful staff made you feel a valued individual customer. Great swimming pool and good to have ample parking on site, unusual in the middle of town.

Brilliant stay here on bank holiday weekend. Upgraded to suite on check-in to help celebrate my birthday! Large room with coffee machine dressing area and terrace with table/chairs. “Modern luxury and great value for money.”

“great value”

Great hotel and great value for money.Clean, good room, v good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff all for £50.00 (breakfast was £10.00 extra but even so for such a good hotel in the city centre it was a bargain. Pool looked nice but did not use it.
