Nicely decorated room but a bit small.Bed was good, bathroom was fine. Whole room was clean and pleasant. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. Location-wise it's right in the city centre and very handy for the main bus and train stations.

Shabby would be a kind description for the hotel's entrance, front desk, service, room size, room conditions, cleanliness... and even its 'central' location is dubious because there is literally NO way to get here by car. Stayed at this beautiful hotel just before Christmas , amazing huge room, wonderful hotel , great location as we were going to see a show at St Davids Hall. O'Neils bar just below it , and so central for the train station. Would highly reccomend.
