Booked to stay here through laterooms.com on a pre-payable deal. Photos on website show beautiful large rooms but the one we were offered was so small! No tea/coffee making facilities, only one chair to sit in despite it being a double room. Bathroom was dirty with toothpaste remains around sink. Wouldn't move us to another room when complained therefore we... More

We spent 3 night there it was amazing experience for us. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very close to railway station and bus stop. The room was bigger then my expectation and bathroom was big and very bright as well. Heating system is usual but and air conditioner was very pleasant surprise for me:) In short... More

Nicely decorated room but a bit small.Bed was good, bathroom was fine. Whole room was clean and pleasant. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. Location-wise it's right in the city centre and very handy for the main bus and train stations.

This hotel is very close to Cardiff railway/bus station. We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel overnight on a dinner bed and breakfast basis booked via the hotel website although booking in time is 3pm we asked if we could leave our overnight bag whilst we went shopping we were greeted with a smile and informed this was... The girlfriend & I stayed here over the May bank holiday weekend from Sunday to Monday. I wasn't optimistic when I first saw the hotel sandwiched between a large O'neills & reflex club. On arrival the staff were brilliant. Fast & efficient. The room was immaculate. The breakfast excellent & my fear of the location was soon dismissed as you... More

Either we got last dibs on rooms, or there are a lot of indiscriminating guests staying at this hotel. Shabby would be a kind description for the hotel's entrance, front desk, service, room size, room conditions, cleanliness... and even its 'central' location is dubious because there is literally NO way to get here by car. That goes double for weekend... More

We spent a night here. Couldn't be more central for Cardiff, however, be warned that some of the rooms are inside rooms and have no windows. We were put in one but the hotel was full on a Saturday night. We did book with Avios(air miles) so didn't make an issue of it. The breakfast was excellent and as good... More

We stayed here on a friday night as apart of our wedding anniversary marathon. It was quite spur of the moment but a family deluxe room for £89.99 with a bottle of wine was to good to not take advantage of!! The hotel is really boutique looking, very friendly and willing to help staff as well, the room was also... More
