Excellent service, well looked after from parking up your car to comfort in your bedroom,and the best breakfast every, the Hilton knows how to look after you, it's in a brilliant spot for pubs,clubs and shopping.

Inconsistant. Executive lounge very disappointing, too overcrowded, and expensive for what you get. The word cutbacks spring to mind. The location is great in the centre of Cardiff, but with that comes late night noise from surrounding bars.

Not the best choice in Cardiff dont get a room near the Live lounge left hand side rooms. These can be very noisey at night time! Also its not very modern alot of reburbishment needed, has a great breakfast and pool! the gym is pretty old but kept clean.

Excellent central location ideal for business or pleasure very happy with our stay great service and spotless room. We used valet parking super value £20.00 24 hours come and go as you please. Great location also for the airport depending on flying times.
