Another excellent holiday earliest we have been, but weather better. Accommodation up to usual standard. Our dog Georgina loves walks with Ebony and Poppy. Hope to be able to find vacant slot in late autumn after knee replacement operation.

We often travel to the UK for a short vacation. We use Premier Cottages to find a weekly rental and they have yet to disappoint. Hidelow House Cottages was no exception. The Oast House was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's in the quiet countryside, but there was plenty to keep us busy. One of our favorite excursions was a... More

Just returned from family holiday at Hidelow House Cottages. The accommodation was excellent- clean and well furnished and fitted out with everything we needed. The Farmhouse had plenty of seating for everyone in the livingroom and all our party of 22 sat around the dining room table, and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery. We enjoyed the garden and... When you are 20 in the family and you want everybody together, as well as having a disabled grandma to look after, your choice of holiday location is severely restricted. Hidelow is ideal for us, accommodating all 20 in 2 houses, but with a dining-room which holds the whole family, and two bedrooms with a disabled wet room en suite.... More

Thanks Fred. As owners living on-site, it gives us a great deal of pleasure to see family members enjoying being together and more so when one of them is disabled; that person is so often unable to be involved in family get-togethers because of otherwise insurmountable accessibility difficulties. With The Farmhouse there is no problem - with wet rooms, fully... More

Stayed in the hop pocket cottage for 4 nights. Great cottage, has everything you need plus a cosy spa bath which was great. Everything very clean and nice surroundings. One thing to be aware of though, there is wifi but you're not allowed to video stream or play online games, so if you use film/tv online streaming normally you won't... More

We hope guests will prefer to go out for their entertainment; there is so much to see locally - very pretty countryside, great local activities, walking, restaurants and pubs. I don't think most people have the time or inclination to do anything other than to check their emails. More

Hidelow offers bed and breakfast in Hidelow House or a range of self catering accomodation, which is well designed, around the house. We were in Hidelow Lodge which has excellent facilities in a lovely setting. We stayed here with my elderly parents for a week. Everything I asked for ahead of our arrival was supplied. What they didnt have (profiling... More

My wife and I stayed in Hidelow Lodge for 4 nights being joined by friends for 2 nights. Comfortable, clean, spacious and very well equipped. Pauline and Stuart are attentive and caring hosts but not intrusive. Shop is well stocked and we recommend the "Butty Bach" bottled beer. Scrummy. Loved the light and airy rooms. The i Pod dock, free... More

We have just returned from our second holiday here. Once again everything was perfect and we had another exceptional holiday. The hoist Pauline arranged for us to hire was waiting for us. It was nice to see a lovely new sofa (comfy) in the living room. Two new high back chairs in one of the bedrooms. We were lucky with... More

We stayed in the hop pocket cottage and arrived to a well presented cottage, although had to let ourselves in after searching for any sign of life for half an hour. On finding staff, we found them approachable and helpful and we soon settled in to a home away from home. The on site shop was a very useful addition,... More

Even under normal vacation circumstances, we would have been delighted by Hidelow and its gracious hosts. We suffered a car accident on our first day and Hidelow was, fortunately, our first intended stop. We stayed there for the entire two weeks, convalescing in one of the cottages. The facilities, glorious gardens and proximity to so many interesting features would have been... More
