The food and the service was really good at the mount pleasant but the rooms could do with a little work, the mattress was uncomfortable and the shower is tap adjustable which makes it very hard to get the desired temperature. Apart from that a good week long stay. More

We stayed in room 2 which although was clean and adequate in terms of facilities, was above the function room. A wedding at night and then used as a church the morning of check out, not ideal! Stayed at Mount Pleasant overnight recently. The Hotel was absolulely spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the lovely and bubbly receptionist who greeted us on our arrival on Saturday. The bedroom and bathroom were the only downsides as they were a bit dated and tired. More

Stayed for three nights with friends. Unfortunately the room was cold;heating rarely on and totally inadequate. Heating downstairs was fine, so not the heating system rather it felt a lack of consideration for guests and perhaps a money saving exercise. Nothing done when we complained.
