I always try and stay in a b&b whenever on the road - and Ruth, the owner of this wonderful establishment is the reason I will continue to do keep seeking out these hidden gems. My manager and I arrived (well, drove up and down looking out for a space for his massive car) and Ruth came out to greet... More

I stayed one night at the old croque and had picked it because of its reviews. I assure you you will not be disappointed. I was travelling on my own and arrived in the dark on a cold night. I was greeted warmly and brought into this beautiful house to a log fire, tea and home made cakes, I was... More

We only stayed one night at The Old Croque but we'll be back in the summer, this was a beautiful B and B and it met up to all the reviews on trip advisor. Ruth was a superb and genial host. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. She made an excellent recommendation for dinner ( the nags... More

Thank you so much for you lovely review, we so enjoyed having you stay. We do have a Thai Restaurant about 800 yards away and also a pub just down the road. But we recommended one of the best pubs in Malvern to you for their real ales and homemade food. Hope to see you again next year. More

What a welcome! Very friendly, helpful and hospitable hosts who really make you feel like you're a returning friend, rather than first time visitors. On arrival we immediately relaxed as we were ushered into the guests' sitting room with open fire, tea and home made cake and the most magnificent view across the countryside. Super comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast, modern... More

Stayed one night in The Old Croque in Malvern. This is a very nice B&B, well located to explore the Malvern Hills area. Ruth was an excellent hostess, providing welcoming tea and cakes and an excellent breakfast. There is a very nice large shared sitting room with wonderful views over the Malverns. The bedroom and ensuite was large, though perhaps... More

Tired after a cycling trip, Ian and Ruth welcomed me and some friends after a hard day on the roads. Tea and cake followed by good but relaxed conversation and then a warming shower. Reading for half hour in the upstairs room with a view to die for was wonderful and without imposition and the sleep was the coup de... More
