The hotel is welcoming and friendly, and we found the room was comfortable and clean. Free wi-fi works well. The bed was nice and firm. Complementary bathrobes were not discovered in the wardrobe until we were checking around when leaving. Why not put them in the bathroom like other hotels?...

I was disappointed to read your comments about breakfast, I whole heartedly agree staff should have seen the dishes needed replenishing, as guests should experience the same quality of breakfast whether eating at the start of service or the end. We have taken steps to try ensure this is the case in future.

I stayed at this hotel in Dec 11 for 5 nights whilst on a course. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were really friendly and always cheerfull. The rooms are very comfortable, and there is good internet wifi connection (which is free).
Tea/Coffee facilities and the shampoo/shower gel etc facilities are refreshed daily, I only mention this point...

Everybody gave 100% to make us comfortable.
The room was immaculate and spacious.
Food (breakfasts and one dinner} were excellent. Service seemed a bit handicapped by the kitchen being unable to cope with bunching of diners.
