I spent the August Bank Holiday with my Husband and two children in Salisbury, staying at the Stratford Lodge Hotel. It was the most fabulous break. The proprietors were friendly and welcoming, when we arrived after a long journey down from the Midlands - just the sort of recpetion you would like to expect.
