Large hotel, on Armouries site. Good central location for visiting Leeds . Reception was friendly , the room was clean, the bar prices were very reasonable. Stayed at this hotel end of May as part of an evening out in Leeds, excellent value for money at £44 for B&B. Good sized room clean and comfortable, self service breakfast good for the price and excellent location near canal. Would stay again when in Leeds.

Parking in local multi storey, slow check in procedure, had trouble with room key card five times, reception slow to answer the phone, bar staff a bit grumpy, bed not comfortable, breakfast quality poor and not very warm,check out slow and under staffed. Will never visit again!
