Hotel was mainly clean (though bathroom still had remnants of previous occupant). Staff were friendly and helpful, the only thing I was surprised by was another guest checking in at same time as me being refused a loan of £1.20 for car park. This hotel is about 15 mins walk from Leeds station. Restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Rooms are a good siaze, beds comfotable and bathroom is OK. TV channel selection is very limited and unfortunately WiFi is chargeable

Rooms as expected clean, large and comfortable. Dinner was great and very reasonable. Parking was in the centre of a roundabout so not easy, but there are lots of local roads you can use, just beware you need to get back to your car by 8 am!
