Good location for the city and very friendly staff. Had a lovely stay room was clean, a tad noisy but to be expected right in the centre but really convienent to bars theatre and shopping which are all on your doorstep. Great staff I must say :) Thank you and will be back when the new arena opens

Went for afternoon tea on a special voucher deal. Having had difficulties with the booking before the day, when we arrived we asked to see the manager. Andrew had just started this week and made our visit a pleasant experience.

Booked here for its closeness to the Grand theatre across the road. With hindsight, that was the only positive to say about this hotel. Room needs a bit updating but does the job,clean and tidy, very helpful manager and staff even offered till carry buggy up the stairs u don't often get that these days, would stop here again as there is beds for the kids and not just a pull out settee like most places !!
