First impressions were it was a bit shabby but the place was spotless, the shower was awesome and the service was lovely, as was the full breakfast. If you want somewhere cheap and basic this is perfect. Only a ten minute walk into town

We have stayed at this guest house on 1 occason and twice at its sister B an B down the road, The Glengarth. The rooms are clean the staff are friendly, and the breakfasts are very good. It's also close to the city centre and pubs clubs ect.

Well what can I say apart from a value for money, no fuss, no nonsense approach that many an established company could learn from.
