We stayed in this hotel on 25-28 December 2011. It's clean and near the city centre. The staffs were wonderful, polite and helpful. Our children enjoyed their stayed too (aged 5 and 3). for £39/night plus £3/night parking charge, we think it's good value for money plus you get breakfast, hot and cold...No complains...Lovely stay. This was a typical Holiday Inn, great location- 10 minute walk into Leeds, staff were all polite, friendly & helpful. If I had to point out something that could be improved, I'd say the directions into the hotel could be better - the city centre one-way system was a bit of a nightmare! More
