Great location, amazing food (evening meal and breakfast), very warm welcome and quaint rooms. We would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend away. Child friendly and a bar with atmosphere. This was my Father's 60th birthday celebration and the staff were very accomodating with cake/candles etc.

Visited here for a meal one night whilst staying in the area. Food is really good, homemade quality! Reccomend the fish and chips! I spent 2 nights here in April. Small room but very comfortable bed and nicely appointed bathroom. Had dinner one night and this was really excellent (had the set 3 course meal for £17.95). The bar lunch can also be recommended. The staff were very pleasant and always keen to help.

I stayed just the one night but what a great hotel. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast, all locally sourced produce and well presented. Warm and friendly staff. A definite return stay in planned next time I am in that part of the world.

We were made to feel extremely welcome even before we arrived, as it was booked over the phone.
