Our check in was quick and functional, we weren't told a lot of info, just what we needed then asked when we needed anything else. A very good coach tour with Newmarket of the Cotswolds. The hotel was quite good with a good choice of food at mealtimes. breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of food. The only problem we accounted was that the temperature of the shower varied from very hot to very cold as other guests used their supply.
