Apartment was fantastic Customer service was amazing, Mohammed at reception was extremely helpful Location was perfect, right in the city centre but not noisy at night as it is a quiet street car parking facilities underneath apartment apartment was huge!! A good location next to the Mail Box which is in the centre of Birmingham. Decent sized apartments of a reasonable quality. The only down side is that these apartments, like most serviced apartments, are a little lacking in personality and individuality. On the whole though I would stay again as it is clean, newish and comfortable.

home from home - great apartments, great location, plenty of places to eat and drink and right in the city. cannot fault at all. you even get a goody box with snacks to tie you over. very modern exec apartments

Stayed there for the second time. Would definately recommend. Two mins walk from the mailbox (shopping and dining area) and the canal - the canal boat trip is a must. I've stayed here many times over the past months and the place is great. Apartments are so well presented and looked after and the staff can't help enough making the whole experience a nice one! Also you are 2 minutes from the mailbox shopping mall with lots of bars and restaurants as well as 5 mins walk from the city... More

Have stayed here twice with my boyfriend. Both times we have been upgraded from a studio room to a 1 bedroom apartment. They rooms are lovely and clean. Fantastic friendly service offered during both visits. Great location. Couldn’t ask for more. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Me and my husband stayed for 2 nights, we got ungraded to a 2 bed apartment for free. We were welcomed by a very polite Mohammed. Apartment was clean, big and very comfortable. We had no problems with loud neighbours or passersby. Central location. Fantastic will defo be booking again.

Another fantastic stay, perfectly clean apartment except for the minor poorly fitted shower heads with mastic. Service again was perfect Alfa and Mohammad on reception could not be any more helpful or friendly.
