My wife booked this Hotel for a surprise stop over in Brum. The Hotel is close to Snowhill Railway Station and we parked above the station overnight(livery Street) upon advice from reception £10.40 for 24hrs. Tip for the car park have plenty of change for payment or pay by card via mobile. Hotel is situated just off Queensway minutes from... More

I think I have stayed here 3 times and overall its always been a great place for a night away. The rooms are clean and spacious (although I’ve never had a base level room, always having chosen something above the minimum for that bit more space), one of the best stays was on a quiet Sunday evening when we felt... Booked an overnight stay, for Saturday 4th, and was surprised by the relatively poor level of service. Firstly on checking in, a light bulb in the bedroom had blowen. This was reported to the reception staff as we went out for the afternoon - but at no time during our stay did housekeeping come to replace the bulb. There was... More

Exquitsite designed and furbished rooms named after vines of all kinds. Restaurant and bar were splendid. Can easily recommend this hotel for your next Birmingham stay. More

Nice room but creaky floors...could hear all the foot traffic above us. Nice food but nothing spectacular. Monsoon shower was ok but water pressure and time to heat somewhat disappointing. No square sockets by bedside for phone charger etc. Very comfy bed and pillows though. Facial at Spa was very relaxing and refreshing. Overall feeling was underwhelming. More

We got an amazing deal with the hotel - room, dinner and breakfast all included. The location is excellent for access to the shops. Our room didnt disappoint - with a dhower to die for. The evening meal in the bistro was very enjoyable. The menus were brought to us in the bar so we could make a choice over... More

Have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 months and love it. It is situated on a quiet street a short walk to the main shopping area so the outside noise level is low. The staff are very friendly and efficient and even drew us a map of where we wanted to go. The beds and linen are... More

this place was gorgeous. Room luxurious with roll topped bath. Felt like a filmstar in this room. Even got a nespresso machine to make coffee using the little cartons plus had a teeny weeny milk bottle in fridge as opposed to the rubbish nasty tasting cartons or sachets. We ate in the restaurant where the food was divine. Breakfast was... More
