“Excellent Staff, great location”

We stay at the CP NEC to attend the Beyonce concert. Brilliant location just few minutes walk from the LG arena. Staff where great, special mention to Dagmara on the front desk. Only used the Hotel restaurant for breakfast as we were eating at the arena, the food was good quality and again the staff spot on! Look forward to... More

“Ok for a buisness trip but would go elsewhere if I had to pay!”

Nice accommodation with friendly staff and a good menu. However with the extortionate charges for car parking and wifi on top of an expensive room rate, I would not stay here if I was to be paying the bill!

“Great location for Events”

Had a good stay at this hotel, it was a child friendly hotel and very clean. The staff were excellent. The time taken for food ordered at the bar was a bit lengthy but overall a good hotel, excellent for any events at the NEC or LG Arena

“Best Hotel in Bham”

Stayed for business for one night. Really had a brilliant stay. Nice clean room with plenty of space to work. The complimentary refreshments were a nice touch. Walking distance to NEC. Car Park is huge and reasonable charges. Bar and choice of food excellent. Really good service from staff.

Very good location of the hotel, next to the NEC exhibition centre. Prefect for the business stays, with good quality food and excellence service. Hotel rooms are quite standard, however clean and quite.
