I was traveling on business when I stayed at the uncomfortable inn. The service was good, however the bed was lumpy, I heard people coming and going from the lift all night and I had no hot water for a shower!! I would not go back!

Comfort in I have used for years,I use regulariy when I'm staying in Birmingham for work. The price means it is extra value for money.Rooms are adequate overall a good stay staff are extremely attentive so any issues they sort out, ....agin in!
