3/5/13 had to cancel room booked for 8th June 2013. Charged £20 for this!!! Over a months notice! Not impressed! Rang hotel and was told very curtly to get on to booking.com and not to bother them!! I have never stayed at this hotel and now, never will. Need to upgrade their customer services.

Twin Room and separate bathroom clean and well equipped but cold, especially bathroom. Towels too small especially with coldness of bathroom. Nice breakfast. Lady owner quite abrupt and made us feel a little unwelcome.

We arrived in Stratford without booking accommodation, so were extremely lucky to find this lovely hotel. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and the room was really nice and comfortable, so it was a very pleasant experience overall in lovely Stratford.
