The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of free parking. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't give the hotel 5 stars though as some of the cleaning staff were not as friendly as I have found them to be in other hotels. We would stay here again.

Had a Business meeting and lunch in the Hotel Restaurant last Friday, struggled to find the main entrance and quite frustrating trying different doors, including Starbucks which appears to be incorporated in to the Hotel. We were visiting Warwick Arts Centre and stayed for 2 nights in a room for the disabled. Very spacious comfortable room with everything needed for a person with disabilities. The staff were friendly and most helpful; always ready to assist. We had lunch which was excellent, large portions beautifully presented. We will stay again.
