Set on a road full of hotels in jesmond it was comfortable and well equipped. Lots of outside tables which could prove noisy in the summer but plenty of choice of restaurants. The staff were helpful but breakfast was a bit slow. The Italian restaurant had a good buzz even on a Tuesday evening. Not much parking for guests.

Me and my friends stayed hear on Sunday and where very impressed with the friendly service we received through out our stay. our room was impeccable, spacious and decorated to a high standard. overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I booked 6 twin rooms for a stag weekend, basically because it was the cheapest we could get. Not really expecting much but the hotel was fantastic, clean, modern and the location was great. Would definitely recommend it and will 100% be back. Too notch hotel.

Good location. Over rated quality of room and service. Un trained supervisor at breakfast, pulls faces, does not ensure that toast milk etc is served. Room requires repairs and cleaning, including light fittings. Bed unstable and squeky. Manager appeared to take feedback seriously... Receptionists appeared well trained and pleasant.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. The reception staff were very friendly and made as feel welcome. The Hotel provides free parking at the rear of the Hotel.
