Accommodating owners, who kindly agreed to cook an early breakfast at 7 as I have to attend a course at 8 am. Nice clean rooms with en-suite bathroom/toilet. There is also a TV and free wireless internet connection. Got it at a good rate of 40 pounds a night. Really cannot ask for more. More

This is a small family run hotel were Kevin and Julie cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We asked if we could check in before a wedding and get changed which was not a problem - providing that they know. There are plenty of other places to stay in Newmarket other than this one. We turned up at this hotel and were so disappointed that we left. It was worth paying the over-priced room rates simply not to stay there. Don't be fooled by the website. The pictures are very flattering. More
