So pleased we stayed in this delightful b&b for a night whilst visiting the Newmarket horse sales. A beautiful house with an immaculate bedroom and ensuite. We also had use of a lovely lounge but we didn't get to use it as Lynne very kindly booked a table at the wonderful Red Lion pub for dinner - a lovely 5... More

Staying at this B+B is more like staying with good friends. From the moment we arrived, welcomed by Brent and Lynne with a cup of tea, to our final excellent breakfast after a 3-night stay, we felt at home at Norfolk House. Our room opposite the church was light, immaculately clean and very spacious, and it was the many thoughtful... More

Lovely bed and breakfast - feels like more of a 'homestay' as it's so small (we were the only guests when we stayed). Rooms are a good size, beautifully decorated and clean, with lovely furnishings (and even some bottles of water and biscuits which were much appreciated!). No TV in the room (if that's important to you), but there is... More

Lynne and Brent offer a wonderful house with excellent facilities in a most delightful setting. The spacious bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished. The house is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed a well prepared selection of food for breakfast. Due to our living in Australia we will be disappointed at not being able to visit again in the near future. Our... More

Such a wonderful place to stay and excellent location. Lovely hosts with lots of advice given on things to do locally. No faults what so ever, the breakfast was super and with a great choice of fresh produce. Heated outdoor pool is a wonderful addition to this beautiful house. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again. More

This is a superb family run bed and breakfast, from the moment you arrive, you are made to feel at home. Lovely clean rooms. The continental breakfast was very good, homemade bread and jams. You must try the tasty homemade swiss muesli so good. Will definately go back. More

We arrived at 12 noon to drop bags off before heading to Newmarket races. We were welcomed by the lovely owner Lynn who already had our rooms ready so we could change, she recommended and booked a restaurant in the village (The Red Lion, which was also fantastic) and was simply a lovely host. The rooms were really lovely and... More

Beautiful rooms and lovely big comfy bed. Even had towelling robes. Very friendly and great breakfast of original swiss birchers museli! Apparently there is a good pub for food in th village but we had already booked so we had to take a taxi but next time we will eat in the village. More

We opted for Norfolk House having read previous Trip Adviser reviews. We were not disapointedand I can only describe Norfolk House as outstanding. We were made very welcome by our hosts who even offerede the use of their heated pool. The rooms are spotlesslessly clean, large and the beds very comfortable. Whilst breakfast is "continental" don't assume this means light.... More
