We unfortunately had to cancel a booking. Despite giving five months notice our request for a refund of deposit was (rudely) refused. This is the first time we have encountered such a problem in a lifetime of booking!

A very warm welcome from Jeremy, who is an excellent host. Pleasant comfortable and clean accommodation. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Plenty of street parking if no room in front of house. Really convenient for the town and beach. Very quiet location.

We stayed in Lapwing room - hugh spec room and fantastic bathroom, added bonus of a private patio in a little garden at the back of the house. Really friendly owners , excellent breakfast , great location- we will definitely stay again if we go back to Aldeburgh.

Took the family here last January. Couldn't find fault with the place, amazing location, excellent nights sleep and a great breakfast. The owners are lovely. Going back this January so hopefully they have room.
