Hotel is situated right across the road from the main Railway station it also has good parking facilities at very reasonable prices. There is a very good bus service into the main shopping/market centre(Hanley). Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Food was good and the breakfast more than started the day off well.

Stayed at this hotel for a function and found the front facing staff very helpful. The bedroom was a good size but the bathroom ceiling had lots of water damage obviously caused by a flood from above. However it was clean and great sized bath.
