Bright modern entrance, with comfortable seating area, snacks available e.g sandwich biscuits, but expensive snacks, comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast. “Nice hotel, handy for alton towers”

Nice hotel, we stayed here prior to going to alton towers, had a nice basic breakfast before we set off for our trip to alton towers, reception staff were friendly rooms clean a little small for a family of 4 but nice all the same Harvester next door.

Lucy and I were heading to Alton towers and decided to try out the holiday inn, It was fantastic ! Lovely staff and room was awesome ! Very clean no issues at all, great breakfast ! The nearby restaurant is amazing ! We will be back !

Easy check in. Pleasant welcoming staff. Room adequate and clean. Got the room we requested. As usual with these hotels some guests inconsiderate banging doors late on and there was also some boy racers in the car park. Overall though a pleasant stay.

Stayed for one night en route from London to Manchester. Easy to get to off M6. Free Parking. Great welcome from night manager, including all the help I needed to make the best travel plan for next morning. On industrial estate, a pub next door, but a great stopover. Simple and easy.
