Really enjoyed our stay with Maureen at Marishas.Comfy beds and the use of a lounge in the evening after a hectic day in busy Bath made our day. Maureen was very welcoming and gave us a lovely breakfast... NO complaints at all..VERY CLEAN..if you read any negative comments well remember this is a guest house NOT a five star hotel... More

Maureen was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast yummy. Good value for money, would recommend to friends and would definitely stay again. Taxi to the city centre approx £6, but city... More

I spent three nights at Marisha's Guest House. I had a cozy single room on the top floor, which was more than adequate. The owner, Maureen, was a most pleasant woman, with lots of valuable information about the area. She also fixed a very satisfying breakfast each day. When I return to Bath next, I will certainly try to stay... More

No shortage of information on places to see or where you can get an evening meal. The house was very clean we stayed booked 2 nights B & B no evening meals available. Breakfast was basic: cereal, cooked breakfast, toast & tea or coffee. The size of the room that served breakfast in resembled a medium sized kitchen and contained... More

Very warm welcome from the owner when you arrive. She's very willing to help you. Room was very nice as well. Marisha takes care of breakfast in the morning, very nice. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. I don't know how she does is all at her age, but she sure does it well. Enjoyed our stay very much. More

Marisha's Guest House is a very friendly and welcoming place. For a family with three teenager daughters it is not always easy to find good value for money accomodation - Marisha's was just perfect and provided us an extremely enjoyable stay (and a great breakfast as well :-)). It was so good, we had to stay twice ... More

I was expecting something very special but this was an average clean pleasant bed and breakfast. The owner was friendly and helpful. But breakfast was very ordinary, the shower in my room was a very basic low flow electric one which is hard to adjust, the duvet was thin. The location is not central but suburban and you cannot walk... More

Maureen went out of her way to make us feel welcome in her cosy home. Nothing is too much trouble, and she gave excellent advice regarding things to do in and around Bath. The guest house is on a frequent bus route and Maureen even gives her guests an aide memoire for some trips. Breakfast was tasty and well presented... More
