Fantastic customer service. Maureen is very understanding, helpful and friendly; she went out of her way to make sure we were happy. We were both very pleased with this guest house and would certainly recommend.

Hi I recently stayed at this B&B whilst in Bath. Overall, nice B&B with friendly and knowledgeable host.. Pros: Close enough to walk into Bath town centre., good breakfast. Cons: Heating did not seem to be fully operational, smaller en suite. Overall pleasant stay.
