I hadn't expected our room to be so spacious. There was a living room, kitchen and even a little room off the bedroom The location is pretty good. It's about a 10 minute walk into Ironbridge along by the river. Didn't eat at the pub but breakfast was good. The beer was also very nice. I'd recommend it.

We didn't stay at the hotel we just visited for a meal. The food is beautiful, and the service was wonderful. The only thing would make it better would be if the chips were home made! Will definitely be visiting again soon! Especially for the summer to try out the beer garden! :)

Liked the Meadow Inn a lot. Catered well for coeliac diet. Bit of a grumpy waitress but service was ok. Would go back if in the area. Felt more professional than the other local restaurants. We were here for a weeks walking so tried a few.

When initially under new management, The Meadow became a wonderful place to visit again. Brilliant with families - especially with small children. The service was faultless and the food delicious. However, over the past 12 months the general quality of meals served has slipped considerably and the service is well, practically non existent. A real shame.

I hope the other rooms have proper sized beds, Our stay was ruined by the minute bed we tried to sleep in. The rest of the hotel was ok but I am still aching 2days later after trying to sleep in half the space needed . Incidently neither of us are overweight .
