My OH stayed here on business...twice he had trouble with the shower and couldnt get any hot water,,the radiators didnt work .The staff were pleasant and helpful enough when he could find them but there didnt seem to be anyone around most of the time. More

This is a cheap and cheerful hotel. It's what you would expect for the money in Reading. Bathroom could perhaps do with a refurb but room itself was warm and clean. Very little traffic noise although at front of hotel facing on to A4. Breakfast ok and plentiful. Staff pleasant. More
