Great place for an over night. Stayed mid-week on business. Staff very helpful - place has loads of character and is quirky. Enjoyed staying here, it had everything i was looking for. After a long day of business meetings its a good place to relax. I would recommend staying here whether for business or pleasure. Room service was also prompt and the food was delicious.

A lovely old coaching inn, I walked straight passed it expecting to see Mercure branding. What a nice surprise. Perfectly adequate. room service and Dickens restaurant, both reasonable prices. Very good breakfast buffet. I will stay again.
