Helpful front desk staff, quick easy check-in, clean spacious room with plenty of free close parking. Tea, coffee and a good hot shower. Very comfy bed! Cheap breakfast nextdoor. Not too sure what people are complaining about on here. For £24 a night what you get is excellent.
