Easy access into Oxford via public transportation. Very kind hosts and comfortable accommodations. Breakfast outstanding. This is a larger B&B than most. Did have some problem controlling the heat in our room which made it a little difficult to sleep. Apart from that would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in all respects: cleanliness, friendly hosts, yummy breakfast, quiet room, parking space, etc. Could not ask for much more...the only way it could be even better would be with lower prices.

I stayed here for a week whilst my husband was in hospital close by. Luke the proprietor was most kind and helpful, being flexible and providing much local information. The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Really helped my stay.

Excellent location of this cosy, very clean and comfortable B&B. The proprieter was very friendly and most helpful. Breakfast was plenty, fresh and very tasty. Although it rained most of the time, I spent a most enjoyable time in quiet family atmosphere and my perfectly heated room.
