Stayed here last week for the second time and you can't complain. Cheap, cheerful and good rooms and breakfast with lots of choice and free papers(always a bonus) Nice large bedrooms and very handy for the city.

“AWESOME STAFF- GREAT LOCATION”

This hotel has a great staff at the front desk. They know the area and can direct you as necessary. Several great places to eat a few feet from the from door in all directions. A short 15 minute walk to the Castle. Price is very reasonable for the area.

We stayed here during the May Bank Holiday for 4 day's and had a wonderful experience. Staff were really lovely, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Food from Eaton Restaurant was 5 star and excellent value for money if you choose Chef's Menu as kids eat free. Will definitely be returning.

“Clean but I you're a Platinum card holder don't expect to feel special!”

A standard business trip but I wasn't welcomed or given any special privileges as a Platinum Priority card holder, only offered wifi at £5 instead of £7.50. I did ask what Platinum member should expect as an incentive to stay and was told "cheap wifi". I won't be back what with so many other hotels to choose from!
