Sanctum appts deliver on the luxury label and in 2012 are in basically as new condition. We've stayed in places that say "luxury" but are just 3/4 star hotel standard but these properly live up to a high standard, Grohe fittings in bathrooms, granite work tops in kitchen etc, the internal fit out compares to 5 star rather than 4...
