Ive stayed in many cheap hotels in Victoria and this is one of the better ones. The only downside is the stairs, and the bathrooms arent great. I gave it 4/5 when comparing it to other hotels in the same area.

Stayed here in feb for Chinese year and had a great time. The hotel isn't anything fancy but when you are in London you spend all day outside so this didn't matter. A really nice and genuine hotel. The staff is accommodating and friendly, but the bathrooms are in need of a renewal/repair. The breakfast is allright and I would certanly return to this hotel! You get what you pay for= easy accomodation Perfect if you want a cheap hotel near the city!

Poor service all round. No tea/coffee facilities in room. No home comforts. No chair,table, no hot breakfast. Would definitely not reccommend. Looked nice from the outside but this was certainly let down by the interior. Room was cold, heating wasn't on or working, no response following complaint. Very poor.

Very near Victoria Station, so location is good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even helped us booked for the Jack the Ripper walking tour. The rooms are very basic and may benefit from some upgrading, but overall good value and comes with free breakfast!
