Wonderfully located hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were tiny (bathrooms even tinier), as to be expected in London, but very clean. Breakfast was rather weak - everything was prepared in advance and selection was limited. Located on a quiet street within a short walk of Paddington Station - perfect!

Tiny room, even smaller bathroom, absolutely great staff support and assistance, wonderful location vis-a-vis Paddington Station (Trains and Tube). Reasonable rates, and with the exception of the coffee, a pretty good breakfast. Since we didn't spend much time in the room, we have to give this a very good value.

Great location, great staff, very reasonable rates (plus a reduction for only having 3 in a quad room). Rooms are clean and serviceable. Only one complaint, the fire alarm went off at 6.50 am!! Finally, although it's adequate and surprising that its included considering the low rates, I would recommend going out for breakfast!!
