I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel after a business meeting. I have strayed in may hotels and happy to say I loved the good experince I recieved from this hotel. The reception was nice clean and the service at the reception was good. The bed was comfertable and the room was nice and snug..

Stated a twin room on the booking form, got a double bed in the basement! With a bathroom so small u couldn't use it without the door open! The staff are terrible very unhelpful... It's the worst place I ever stayed in... Should seriously be closed because its a dump!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I just came back from an amazing journey in London, the Hotel was very nice with professional workers A very high costumer service and friendly people especially the receptionist Stephany, she helped us to find nice pleaces near by and was always available when we needed her. the rooms are way too small, it's dirty, the windows are broken, the bathrooms are disgusting, it's old and shabby. Great Location and friendly staff. The quadruple room has one double bed and one smaller double bed crammed against each other and there is no room to stand up in between.
