We spend there a week just before X-mas. The staff was really nice, helpful and professional. And I really loved the English breakfast they served. Very close to the station, so it was comfortable to travel to the city center. I can really recommend this hotel.

We had ten days travelling into London for sightseeing and cannot recall waiting more than a few minutes for a train from the station next door for the short trip into town. Really nice hotel for a family of 4, practical with the station next door, reaching London and London City Airport within 30 min. Greenwich is a very nice place and interesting to visit, nice walks and very close to London. As we only stayed in the room for sleeping, room equipment sufficient. I can see that this hotel could have been a fantastic stay. Good location, spotless room and bathroom with a very good breakfast choice. Bad points of our one night stay: Holes (1.5-2cm diameter) in towels Toilet which the second day continued to flush through the cistern resulting in a very loud rushing water noise making a lie in impossible... The location is great - a few minutes from Greenwich park and very close to cheap places to eat out and grab a beer. DLR is around the corner and the train station is right in front of the hotel, which makes for a great connection to both central and east London. One could imagine a grand institution at this... Had a great time staying in Greenwich. Hotel couldn't be handier to get into London. We used the DLR and changed at Canary Wharf - worth the trip in itself. Hotel was very good but room faced railway so was some train noise early in the morning but would stay again.

We had a family room for three nights in Feb half term. The room and breakfast were great and the location was very convenient for seeing Greenwich or travelling into London. The kids particularly enjoyed travelling on the Thames clippers from Greenwich pier.

Second time staying at the hotel whilst visiting friends. Easy to get to right next to DLR station. Lovely location close to all amenities and the park and observatory.
