Very friendly & helpful staff, clean fresh room, good price. We were going to O2, got good advice on transport. Reception guy very helpful & pleasant (didn't get name unfortunately) and Francesco at breakfast was a hoot!

Stayed here twice now. Very good clean hotel. Easy access to dlr (3 min walk) Prince Albert. Easy to change to jubilee line at canning town. Parking you have to pay. £5 for 2 hours £10 for 6 hours £12 for 8 hours. Full day. Price is from 9.30 am till 5.30 pm. Great if going to the 02.

Needed two rooms whilst showing overseas visitors London. Checked it out beforehand and the Manager and staff could not have been more helpful. 20 minutes on DLR but appreciated the quiet location after a busy day sightseeing. Some train noise. Great breakfast and again, lovely staff.

Back again for annual visit to excel centre.. This hotel is ideally situated only 2 stops away on the DLR.. Ideally situated if driving down and the on site car park is only £5 a day. A little basic but clean and functional

1 night stay with the kids. We arrived late 10pm. Didn't have enough pillows but rang thought to reception and get more. Good nights sleeps as always, breakfast was good, the kids loved it and great location if your going to the excel.

Complained a second time about horrendous noise at 1 am. Was told "what do you want me to do about it?" Whole room was filthy! Bathroom had stains and muck up the bath, dirty carpets. Flat pillows. Emailed premier in and received an email back evidently not for myself saying " guest complained still not happy! What a lovely Way... More

My partner and i shared a double room here for two nights when in London to visit Grand Designs Live at the Excel Centre. the hotel is literally three minutes' walk from Excel and five minutes or less from the Prince Regent DLR station.
