Central location and well-kept facilities. Very basic rooms. The value you get is average. If it wouldn't be London, I'd call it simply outrageous. You have to pay separately for everything: towels, breakfast, Wi-Fi. There are nice hotels around which come pretty close to what this YHA charges. If not for the location, I wouldn't come back to this hostel.... More

I stated here with my 4 year old daughter in one of the family rooms. It was perfect for us. I was impressed with the kitchen facilities, the staff were friendly, the room was quiet despite it being so central. I would definitely come here again.

Great hostel, the staff were friendly & helpful. There is ample amount of showers & toilets I think 4-6 of each on each level for the 4 days we were there we didn't have to wait at all to use these. Well placed in London, 2 mins walk from the great shopping Oxford street. Super easy to get to the tube and move around London like nothing. Great crew helping us. Great clean hostel including the room (private room, bunk beds). Don't have any complaints about this place....

well placed and good value- for shops /theatre/ restaurants we had a 2 bed private room which had plenty of space/wash basin, fan, lockers,over head reading light and ample room to move around the room. the top 2 floors were not served by the lift- but from ground floor entrance there is a lift to the third floor reception area....
