can not fault this place, will be going back. basic rooms but what do you want for a couple of days? cheap, cheerfull and clean. breakfast is not up to much but at least it is included in the price. tube and rail station just over the road.

Great location over the road from Kings Cross. We were a couple in a triple room, which was a good size. despite being so close to kings cross, very quiet. Staff were great, helpful. Rooms cleaned well. Cooked breakfast nice-gets very busy.

Stayed here overnight in a triple room for my wife daughter and myself.Lovely staff and breakfast was more than ample, good nights sleep and only 2 mins from Kings Cross and St Pancras and 5 mins from Euston. All in all very impressed for the price and will be stopping again.

The room was very small, cold and not clean! The bathroom was awful! The wifi never worked for me, and did not exist! Stayed only one night, but got sick in the morning! The breakfast was poor, and the smell of it spread all over the hotel, even the third floor smelt awfully!

Brilliant location St Pancras and Kings Cross on the doorstep so was able to go out of London and through London easily. Used it as a base for Site seeing London and visiting Harry Potter Studios.
