Even thought this hotel is a chain it doesn't feel like a chain. You feel welcome and looked after. Nice spacious room, comfy bed and very nice breakfast. It's buffet but really good selection of hot and cold food. Short walk from Victoria station and really close to Westminster & London Eye.
