The is a fantastic hotel without the stuffy atmosphere. The location is perfect and the Management and Staff are gracious and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this property, and suggest paying a few pounds more to stay in there, as the breakfast, afternoon tea, and other amenities are worth the extra price paid. More

We found the welcome very friendly and organised. Room was very neat and clean, a little small but it is London. Bus routes practically outside the hotel were very usefull. Breakfast was very very good, but we were told that this was moving to a buffet operation shortly,shame. Overall a handy location on the river and would stay here again. More
