My son and I stayed in the ensuite room for 2 nights at the weekend. The accomodation is fine for what you pay for. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was quick and efficient and the food good. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great 5- 10 min walk from Euston station.

We were a bit apprehensive before we got to the hotel regarding reviews on here. the garage that is supposed to serve as a bedroom was freezing cold. no heating in the so called bathroom. door and window did not close well leaving the cold enter from the outside. an additional electric heating was provided but was useless. the smell of fried eggs could be smelled from the room.

Was a basement small room,bed was tired but clean linen. Tired decor,think better for your money. Location was handy for West end show, I paid 60 through laterooms but as said think you can get better for your money.
