Room is really a hospitality suite, converted to a bedroom at night. Window 'opens' onto the hospitality seating area and pitch, but it is locked shut so you can't get any fresh air. the furniture is cheap - wheels broken on bedside table, one of the 2 lamps was not working. Clean, tidy and offers good view of grounds. Local to London City Airport. No more than ten minutes drive. Room service is great. Staff delivered within 10 minutes. Greeted with a ready smile from all staff and they were efficient in helping meet my needs and requirements. Would stay again at this hotel should the opportunity arise.
