Cheap hotel with a quality service and great staff. Good hotel for low budget travelers, with excellent location. The staff is very kind, and kept the room tidy and filled up with cafe, which was a pleasent surprise for us.

Having stayed in several similar hotels in the Paddington area I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The night concierge was helpful, there was an issue with my room key which was immediately resolved. While the bed and shower were adequate, space (in room 36, 3rd floor) was laughably restricted; this was a single room - just - masquerading as a double. Many, doubtless, will overlook the lack of space because of the location - and the free wi-fi.
