Location is excellent for sightseeing. Facilities were ok. Bed was comfortable, room was big enough, tea making facilities etc all ok. However, decor very tired and in desperate need of some tLC. The headboard had a rip, there were stains on the wallpaper, the window frame was rotten. The bathroom was very dirty, there was a lot of mould everywhere!!

Located in the Paddington area at Sussex gardens. Budget hotel. Tiny rooms and small beds. Has wifi but no in-room safe deposit boxes. Close to Marble Arch, Oxford Street and the serpentine lake for boating enthusiasts. Picadilly circus and the westend of London are a stone throw away. Could be cleaner. Carpets need changing
